More Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members
Property layouts for the financier's secluded tropical island among the released materials.
Also included in this new document release seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had drawn up development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by building homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling distinct sections of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including designs for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the current investigative release.
